BJBaji Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Guidelines

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings defined here unless the context requires otherwise.

• "BJBaji", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the BJBaji online gaming platform operated at bjbaji.plus and all related services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with BJBaji or is using the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened in your name on the BJBaji platform after successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in your BJBaji account at any point in time.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all BJBaji accounts operate.

By registering an account on BJBaji, making any deposit, placing any bet, or using the platform in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

You are personally responsible for all information provided during and after registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual person may hold only one account on BJBaji. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed. Winnings generated across any duplicate accounts will be voided. The balance from the earliest-registered account may be returned at BJBaji's discretion after deducting any bonuses received.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. BJBaji will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account credentials unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access.

• Registration is open to individuals aged 18 years and over only.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control.
• Your account must be registered in your real name — not a pseudonym or alias.
• One account per household is strongly recommended to avoid confusion with our duplicate account detection systems.
• Corporate or business entities may not register accounts on BJBaji.

BJBaji strictly prohibits access to the platform by anyone under the age of 18 years. This rule is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. BJBaji may request identity documentation at any time to verify your age, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.

If BJBaji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. During suspension, no bets may be placed and no withdrawals processed. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, all winnings will be forfeited and any real-money deposits will be returned after deducting the cost of any services already consumed.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. BJBaji is not responsible for unauthorised minor use of a parent's or guardian's account — account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials secure.

All deposits to your BJBaji account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. BJBaji accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. BJBaji does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must only be made using funds that you legally own. Using funds obtained through illegal means — including fraud, theft, or money laundering — to deposit on BJBaji is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Deposits credited to your account are available for play immediately upon confirmation.
• Deposit amounts are not transferable between player accounts.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact support immediately. BJBaji is not responsible for deposits made to the wrong account due to player error.
• BJBaji reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of standard anti-money laundering procedures.

BJBaji processes withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods only: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawals are paid in PKR and must be directed to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party payment details are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing. BJBaji does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 3 to 5 minutes of approval; NayaPay and SadaPay within 15 minutes; IBFT bank transfer same business day; Visa/Mastercard within 1 to 3 business days.

Before your first withdrawal, BJBaji may require identity verification. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process and protects both you and the platform. Requested documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification is a one-time process for standard accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operational hours but the platform operates withdrawal processing 24/7 for digital wallet methods.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding on your account balance.
• BJBaji reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if fraud or rule violation is suspected, pending investigation.
• You may only withdraw an amount up to the total of your real-money balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

BJBaji offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. The specific terms of each bonus — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates — are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

General rules applicable to all BJBaji bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational, individual players only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including through multiple accounts, organised groups, or automated wagering patterns — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within its stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal of funds related to or generated by a bonus. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, BJBaji reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
• BJBaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will be treated according to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.

Bets placed on BJBaji's sports betting and virtual games sections are governed by the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports or game types are published within the relevant section of the platform.

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once you have received a confirmation message in your account. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except in cases where an "in-play cash-out" option has been offered and activated by you within its availability window.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These are shown within the relevant betting market before you confirm your stake.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, BJBaji's determination shall be final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.

• Bets placed after the official start of an event (excluding live in-play markets) may be voided at BJBaji's discretion.

BJBaji's live casino section features games dealt by human dealers in real-time studio environments. All live casino games use physical equipment and are streamed directly to your device. Game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events — not software algorithms — and are therefore not covered by the same RNG certification that applies to slot games.

The following rules apply to all live casino games on BJBaji:

• Once a bet has been confirmed within the live betting window, it cannot be retracted. The betting window is clearly indicated in the game interface and closes before the round begins.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round where a bet has already been placed, the game will continue and the result will be recorded as it naturally occurred. The resulting payout or loss will be applied to your account when the connection is restored.
• If a live casino game is interrupted due to a technical failure on BJBaji's side before the betting window closes, all bets placed in that round will be refunded.

BJBaji operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any behaviour that constitutes fraud, match-fixing, collusion, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or any other form of dishonest conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potentially legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or incorrect odds that arise from technical failures on BJBaji's part.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to artificially influence game outcomes or bonus consumption.
• Engaging in "bonus hunting" through systematic play patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, such as placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts.
• Using a payment method belonging to another person to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information to BJBaji.

BJBaji employs automated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account and betting activity. These systems may flag accounts for manual review. During review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. BJBaji will communicate with the account holder if additional information is required to resolve a review.

BJBaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or source-of-funds documentation when requested.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will receive advance notice before any action is taken.

If your account is closed by BJBaji for rule violations, any real-money balance (excluding bonus balances and winnings derived from rule violations) may be returned at BJBaji's discretion. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, BJBaji reserves the right to retain all balances and report the matter to appropriate authorities.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BJBaji support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses will be assessed. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

BJBaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards players seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. When it becomes compulsive, causes financial distress, or affects your daily life negatively, it has crossed a line that BJBaji wants to help you recognise and address.
